She has her Transport Ephemera sheet up today with some very
interesting pieces on.
The one directly above, I had the good fortune to find a photograph
of the very same car in the advert. The Royal Tourist
$3,000 was a heck of a lot of money in those days.

OH, June, this collage is totally gorgeous!! The picture top right puts me in mind of the paintings of Donna Green. Not sure if it's her work or not.
Transportation means have sure evolved through the years, haven't they? And so have the prices...$3,000! What we wouldn't give for a new car for $3,000 nowadays.
