The Perfumed Bath....

I made this a few weeks ago.

I think we all enjoy something like this if we have time to relax.

It's raining this morning.....we can't have sunshine all the time.

I went out in the rain to call Algie out and he stands looking 

from inside refusing to go out while I'm getting wet.!

Has he got me where he wants me or what? LOL!

Happy Birthday Algie...

My little pride and joy is 2 today!

We have had massive thunder storms this morning.

Enormous claps of thunder which didn't worry Algie at all.

Not like fireworks......UGH!

I seem to be back on the beach again!

I don't think my Spanish gentleman quite knows what to do

with this bevy of beach babes!

And he must be feeling the heat under that armour!

TAW....Beach....

I chose to use old vintage postcards where I cut out my ladies and put

them into a beach scene.

I love the clothes they wore for the beach, particularly those bloomers!

I hope you enjoy my collage for this week's Take a Word challenge.

I have had computer problems this week and had to have my 'man' out.

I don't know what would happen without him!

So my time has been short this week for creating.

CREATIVITY....

The Buzzword today is Creativity.

A recent digital collage I made with a new kit by

Studio Viva Artistry.

An update on my stolen pictures that I reported to Yahoo who owns Flickr.

I have heard that they have taken 'appropriate action' but
they didn't say what. My friend Marie has looked up the site
and they have removed the pictures and replaced them with a
small sign saying something about infringement of
copyright but apparently the woman is still pinching other's pictures
to put on her site!

C'est la Vie! So I shall continue with my 'Creativity.'!

TAW.. Childhood..

Mother's Day

Wishing a Happy Mother's Day to my American friends

and everyone else who celebrates today.

It is almost like another Mother's day for me as I am going to

lunch with my daughter and son-in-law and my son and

daughter-in-law will be there too.

Although it's still raining I am looking forward to a lovely day.

A couple of my recent collages. I called the first one May Day.

Algie and I have just come home from Chapel
and ourpreacher brought
her miniature Dacsie with her. I was so surprised at
Algie's non-reaction.
They both totally ignored each other so it was
 peace with prayer as usual

My dear granddad taught me many old songs as a child and

'Into each life a little rain must fall' was one of them.

So I used the first line and added the rainbow bit to it.
