I had a phone call at 2pm. yesterday from Freddie.
'I'm coming home!'
Corey and I waited patiently(?), looking out the window continuously for a car, and he finally arrived just after 5pm. So thankful to be home. He is very weak and looks so frail but he's had the best night's sleep for 11 days and I think so have I!
Now he has to go back to hospital again on Friday. I do hope they don't keep him in this time!!
This morning I can leave him for a couple of hours while I go to Chapel.
I am taking the service today.
Here is another photo manipulation I did the other day.
You can see the original Old Master in the corner.

Oh June, I didn't know that Freddie was in the hospital. I know that you must be so thrilled to see him and have him home! I pray that he improves and will be feeling better from day to day.
Also, I am so glad you saw the baby picture...When I put it up, I immediately thought of the picture you did for me and couldn't wait for you to see these too.
Your piece here is gorgeous. I love how you altered it.

How good to have your Freddie home again!
Your manipulations resulted in a very lovely piece of art, June.
Such wonderful news! No one can sleep well in a hospital. Every time you fall asleep, they wake you up to take your blood or some other foolish thing.
June, I'm so happy for both of you. Enjoy your time together and hopefully he will be home for a longer period. Your love and caring will give him strength which you can't be found in a hospital.
Hugs,
Carolyn
Beautiful work, June. And I am so glad Freddie is home again. Still praying for him.
