This is me!
I am a wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. I have two wonderful children and their better halves! Two grandchildren, ditto, and three beautiful great grandchildren.
I am very disabled and spend most of my time in a wheelchair in front of this computer. I'd fade away without it. It's my contact with my friends and the great world wide web!
I am surrounded with most of my family who are very supportive, caring and loving. I am indeed blessed.
My violin is a secondary image in this collage. The lady I found on Google and coloured in Photoshop. She is Ganna Walska, a Polish opera singer and her photo was taken about 1925.
I love this one! The violin is my favorite instrument. I bought one and took lessons 10 years ago, but couldn't afford to keep taking them. I sure would like to take it up again. The blending in this collage is beautiful.
Your art is so very lovely. Thanks for sharing a look at your creations!
I'm so sorry that Freddie's feet are giving him such trouble. It seems when you are feeling pain and soreness, the cold makes it even worse. You two stay warm, I'm always hoping for an early spring and warm sunshine!
Seeing Ganna Walska took me back (too many!) years to when I was a child, and one Christmas, received a wind up gramophone, and some old 78rpm records! One of them was Ganna Walska, and this galavanised me to find out more about her - what a Gal! Married 6 times, as well as an Opera Singer, she was a keen garden enthusiast, and created the Lotusland Botanical gardens in California! She died in March 1984 so had a long and interesting life.......
