Uncle Silas was a very great trainer in his day. He had several winners at Ascot, the Derby. 2000 Guineas and many more.
I think one of the cousins married this chap. He always wore loud suits and was a bit of a wide boy who always stayed just outside the law!All images Googled.
I have great fun researching the Cat family's History. Quite a lot of odd characters turn up. I guess we all have a skeleton or two in our own family cupboards. You never know!
I am feeling only marginally better. I shall be glad to get this chest infection over with!
