An interesting Challenge this week from the Three Muses. They asked us to take a picture of a famous person and 'steampunk them' a bit! So my first one was made with a portrait of Jules Verne. Here he
looks a bit of a dandy!
This second one I just could not resist when I found his portrait.
I'm not telling who he is but I've given you clues in the picture.
Can you guess? Should be easy-peasy!
Thank you for looking. xx

Is Charles De Gaulle dead yet. If he is I bet he is rolling over in his grave. LOL! Am I right?? Great collages Hun!

You've been going to town! Great steampunkery! I knew I could count on finding some great ones here.
Jules verne would have loved the steampunk scene, June, both pieces are wonderful, I think that is Charles de Gaulle in his magnificent helmet!
Two more pieces of amazing Junebear art!

Steampunk with a little bit of zany zetti thrown in! What glorious fun these pieces are, June. I think old Jules was a bit of a cross-dresser, and Charles.....well Charles leaves me speechless and laughing uproariously. Thanks for my morning smiles!
What a delight! Both pieces are fabulous and fun!
Two fabulous pieces, June - I just love your creativity!
Jules and Charles!! What a great pairing for this challenge!!! You've given us a lot to think about with each one. Jules I think would LOVE his new life as a Steampunked man, while Charles might frown--but we'll enjoy his new look in spite of such responses!!! LOL
Fun and fanciful-the way I like to see art made.

Terrific artwork, beautifully created!
Ha ha, it has to be Mr De Gaulle, I think, June. You have done a sterling job here on them both but the French man takes the prize. Bravo.
They are both great pieces and very interesting.
Jules Verne is just a natural for a steampunk make-over, isn't he? And I"m afraid you had me stumped with General DeGalle, but I enjoyed him too!
Great job!
Betty
