I don't know about you but I sometimes feel there is
more than one me. I seem to always wear a different hat for
different people. I was a different person when dealing with my mother.
I'm often another person even with my daughter as I sometimes
feel I'm treading on glass.
Meeting strangers I'm a very careful person, not sharing much.
It's a habit I can't seem to break. But through this blog I've met some
fantastic people who to me are real friends and I've shared lots of
personal thoughts and things.
So I think that is the real me that you, my friends have brought out.
I am always relaxed when writing on here so I'm sending you my
grateful thanks and many hugs.
I suppose this picture reflects that a bit though I'm not that
glamorous!!
Keep warm and safe this weekend. xx

Hi, Juni! From my perspective, your blog readers are honored that you share your life (and your "real" self!) with us. I look forward to seeing your art and reading what you've written each day.

It's true, fortunately, we somehow remain ourselves and people see that through the different facets we show to different people we meet. Thank for sharing your life and the beautiful person you are with us...
Good morning June: This is beautiful in it's simplicity and it's honesty. I agree that most of us are different people depending on who we're with. I often wonder if others feel the same.
I hope you have a lovely weekend just being yourself.
Best,
Bonnie
I love this one June.
As you said a different facet of our personality comes through for different people and this artwork depicts it beautifully.
June, you are such a talented artist and a bonus you have is your writings! Lovely, my friend!
Thank you for sharing June; the great thing about blogging is you can be yourself no matter what. The picture is just beautiful it reminds me of the song Me and My Shadow......now does that age me.....yea just a bit.....but do I worry...lol not a jot....... Take care, Annette x
It's ok to have alot of 'hats'. It's what makes us so interesting!
I have to agree with you about blogging...it does seem to make us comfortable enough to share our lives. But having new friends is a wonderful bonus. I'm happy I have met you and if it weren't for this little old computer, we would have gone a lifetime without knowing one another.
Blessings
Jan
Beauty comes from within and you have lots of that. Love your artwork!
Hugs, Chris
I know how you mean. There's definitely more than one me, pity it's the bumbling fool one that's usually around though ;)
Wonderful work, and quite thought provoking too. Thank you x
I consider my blogging friends closer than people I have met. Interesting how the Internet brings people from all over the world together. By the way, I always picture you as being a very classy lady!
Why Thank you William! I've been called a lot of things in my time, we'll skim over that one.....
Next Saturday I have a lunch party and an evening birthday party. I shall do my very best to look classy! Wish they weren't both on the same day though.
I agree with you about blogging friends.I am closer to them tnan many people I know.
Big Hugs
June xx
There is a Christian American pop singer...Amy Grant..that I love. She sings a song, "Why do I have so many Hats on my head". I feel that way too.
I much prefer meeting people in blogland than in person. I can be myself and I don't have to worry about my looks.
Through these blogs we find the true inner person; their thoughts and what they truly are!
You, my friend, are a gem!
I'm so glad I'm not alone in this, I always thought I was but it seems we are all alike!!
Tonya I so agree with you, we meet the true inner person on our blogs and can really share our feelings.
William thought it would be nice if we could all have a get together to go on a world tour. I think it would be so wild if we could all meet and have a great party, we would all meet as old friends wearing our comfortable hats!
Hugs to you all
June xx
