cut and blended. Even the rain overlay.
I call it The Balancing Act.
As a little side note, I find it sad when you attempt to give a comment to
everyone and only about 50% return the compliment.
I always appreciate your comments and it is always cheering to get one back.
I don't mean to gripe as I know everyone is busy but just my opinion.

I understand what you're saying about comments. I've noticed a decline in comments lately. I'm trying to make sure I comment even more in hopes that the favor will be returned! It can't hurt to hope!

I really like this one June. The rain effect is great! We are having Indian summer here in northern Wisconsin - 70 degrees, sunny & all the beautiful colors on the hardwood trees. Wonderful!
I love that the little girl has decided to just plunge in and glory in the weather.
I've noticed a major decline in the comments as well. I use to find over ten responses to my pieces and now I'm lucky to get one or two.

i second your experiences about comments - you are right, this is not encouraging... taking time to take part in a challenge, we should have a minute or two to respond [though i´m still angry about some word verifications, but that´s another theme...]

I remember seeing my kids enjoy the rain like that. They thought it was so much fun running from the sauna to run in the rain naked and coming in and warming up again and doing this over and over again... the joy you captured here
