Birthday Party..

We had a wonderful meal yesterday with Stanley and Jenny. She must have been preparing all day. Stanley did say he cooked the salad! It was lovely to see my son and daughter and 'in-laws' all together. Freddie didn't feel like making the journey so stayed home with Corey. However Colin, Stanley's dad was there too. His dog Millie is the gold Lab and Jake is Stanley and Jenny's dog.
I've shown you a pic of me and Sally and even I can see how tired and unwell I look. Fortunately my children don't comment on my looks! LOL!
John took us round Holt to see the Christmas lights when we came home. And Blakeney Quay is lit up too, the Blakeney Hotel looking magnificent with their lights and huge tree.

You did this very well and your family look lovely. Pity Freddie wasn't well enough to go.

Great pictures, June. You and your "kids" are certainly good lookers!! I think you are hiding the fact that you are not feeling on top of the world because you look A-OK to me.

Cheers from Marie.

Hi June,

Looks like you had a wonderful time! You look wonderful! A beautiful family you have there! Have a great weekend! We made the family secret recipe English toffee today at my Mother in Laws. They have been making it since Bobs Great Grandparents were young. It is good and I am learning how to make it. Bobs Grandma is 95 and she still makes it herself- amazes me as my hand can't make it all of the way through- I am so glad you had a great time!
Hugs from me!
Linda
