Three Muses..Birds..

It's almost 5.30am in my Time Zone, so I'm up bright and early.

I made two pictures for the Three Muses Bird Challenge.

I started off with a soft and gentle poem..

but I couldn't resist a re-born Dodo.

True or False..

Except for the woman, Googled, everything else, background and elements came

from my newest kit, Truth from Falsehood by bisontine.

I used the same kit for the 'Go to sleep my baby' picture the other day.

I think bisontine is French, I'm not sure but it's an interesting kit.

Hope you like this for a change.

I've just bought a new kit, it's called

Truth from Falsehood by bisontine.

There are some lovely elements in it and everything in this collage

except for the Mucha lady was made from it.

NOW....my present received yesterday !!

It's a  FLIP mino HD video camera!

How about that?

That is why I'm late  on parade this morning. I've been having a play!

I't's only the size of a mobile phone and I was told it's virtually fool-proof!

So I think I know which button to press to video and record now but I haven't yet got the know-how to put them on the computer and send to friends. But I'm getting there!

Sunday Postcard Art..Boats..

The theme this week at SPA is Boats. Well I suppose a ship can count as a large boat!

After all they both float!

So here is my finished postcard..

My dear cousin Freddie and his partner Martin came over bringing a lovely picnic.

Then as a surprise my 'baby' sister Jackie walked in!

My Birthday celebrations started here today!

It was a bit breezy but we could sit in the garden and have a wonderful lunch.

Prawn cocktails,  Scotch eggs, Quiches, sausage rolls and salad,

followed by strawberries and cream, my favourite.

I even had a glass of wine! My Freddie enjoyed it too.

I had a lovely present which they insisted I open today!

I'll tell you about that tomorrow...........
