but women and men too have been sewing since the Stone age.
When I was young I did a lot of embroidery. When my children
were born I made their clothes for several years.
Then I made mohair teddy bears by hand
so I think I did my share.

Lovely art, June. There was a time I made almost all my own clothes and most of my daughter's. Today, by the time one buys the expensive patterns and fabric it's cheaper to buy something. What a shame!
