I am still feeling very sore and fragile after a fall onto concrete.
Luckily no broken bones but a long wait for help to come....

Oh no. I am so sorry about the fall! Even with no broken bones, I know it still hurts. I want to say something encouraging, but at the moment nothing comes to mind. In show business they say "break a leg," but somehow that just doesn't seem to apply hear. :O)
