My favourite subject....Vintage beauty..so I had to make at least
a couple for this weeks Take a Word challenge.
We all remember I'm sure the adverts for Pears soap.
This pretty vintage image was in sepia. I made her black
and white and coloured her softly with my mouse.
The pretty borders are by Florju.
I had to use this young lady when I found her. I was
fascinated by her hair-do and I don't thinkl she was very old.
The background and other elements from my vast stash.
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving a comment.
Have a very happy Monday.
Love and Hugs

They are so sweet. Lovely collages, June!
Both are so sweet youg ladies, really beautiful.
She has 'scrubbed-up well' (as they say!) helped by your 'painting' skills, June, so beautifully coloured - divine piece! Both are lovely collages!
hope you're doing well x
You have done a great job with both of these June but your colourisation on the Pears soap one is outstanding
They are both beautiful, June!
Pear's soap is behind every beauty! LOL Very nice entries, June.xx
What a great job you did with tinting the Pear's soap girl! The second piece is beautiful as well. Thanks for the double dose of talent!
Two wonderful creations June, the little girl is so cute and the other girl so lovely, love both.
June your artwork is always so elegant and lovely you are the vintage master my dear!
What a smashing job you did on each of these, Miss June.

Both collages are beautiful. It's hard to imagine that little girls were ever that sweet. There seem to be a lot of spoiled, bratty ones around nowadays.
That certainly IS an interesting hair-do! Both of the girls are lovely, and you've done them justice, June.
