Song Titles..

 

The inspiration behind both these pictures came from Country song titles

I used to sing when on the 'circuit' several years ago.

I know so many songs and it it is an easy way for me to

find inspiration.

Well now Freddie is no longer at home my life has changed considerably.

It feels very strange to be alone, just me and the dog.

I don't know what I'd do without him.

We are now going out for a 'walk'. me riding and he is walking

and riding.

TAW..Pink or Shades of..

This is my Pink picture for the Take a Word Challenge.

The background is made from a picture of a wave my sister sent me 

from Australia a few years back. I've used it several times, this time

with the addition of the heart. The woman was Googled.

I like the mix of pinks and turquoise.

We Will Remember Them...

Remembrance Sunday is just around the corner once again.

This year has been especially emotive as we have celebrated the

Anniversary of the start of the Great War...100 years ago.

The war to end all wars...so they said.

They shall grow not old as we that are left grow old.

Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.

But at the going down of the sun and in the morning,

We will remember them.

We will remember them........

Jennet's Lace

The background in this picture was made from my neighbour's

lace curtain at her kitchen window.

She sent me the photo and challenged me to make a picture with it.

So here it is and Jennet was pleased!

Fright....Three Muses...

What are you afraid of?

Interesting challenge this week.

Some may be afraid of spiders,  or mice.  I knew a girl 

who was afraid to touch a feather.

Some people are afraid of injections or they may faint at the sight of blood.

I get this queasy feeling in the pit of my stomach at the sight of clowns.

At this time of year we seem to be bombarded with clowns and Hallowe'en.

So I made this.....it is my Fear...
