I have no idea where I found this but I pass it on as an excellent route map for life....
If you take a few steps along a smooth, easy road and discover that your mind is uneasy and your heart disturbed, turn back.
This is not the way for you.
But if, on the other hand, you are travelling along a road that is hard to the feet, which tests your strength and endurance, but find that you are happy and assured, then continue along that road, for it is the way of God's choosing.
The peace of God and the will of God go hand in hand
Yesterday was a very strange day. Lots of waiting and wondering but the phone rang and it was my husband. 'They're sending me home' he said.
Apparently what has to be done will take longer than originally thought. He had an assessment and has to go in again in 2 or 3 weeks. Followed later by an op which will mean he has to stay in hospital 2 to 3 weeks....It never just rains does it......?

Troubles do seem to come in bunches. Reading the Psalms - especially Psalm 23 helps me in times like this. Prayers going up for you and him.
Love & Shalom,
Thank you so much Gail.xxx
No, it doesn't seem to do that. And when it pours, I think it pours over several at once!
At least you have many friends for support! {hugs}
Dear June, here from my corner of the world, I pray for you both. It's hard to express feelings in another language than your own, so, accept my special hug.
My prayers are for you both June, stay strong and positive. Look after yourself too.
B xx
