I know it did to my son once. His leg came through the bathroom ceiling!
I have only fallen through the floor. The first little house we ever bought, the previous occupant left us a dining table. All donations were gratefully received and it stood in a corner of the room.
When I moved the table I realised why.....we had dry rot in the floorboards. My foot went straight through and we had to have a new floor!
